How ClimbrIQ works

From brand details to results you can actually implement

ClimbrIQ isn't a dashboard full of charts. It's a structured analysis workflow — you add your brand context, run a module, and receive outputs designed to be acted on immediately. No setup, no integrations, no waiting.

The workflow

1

Add your brand

Tell ClimbrIQ about your business. This context shapes every analysis — the more specific, the better the output.

2

Choose a module

Pick from eight purpose-built modules spanning SEO, GEO, and AEO. Each one targets a specific search visibility challenge.

3

AI runs the analysis

Claude by Anthropic processes your brand context and returns structured results — streamed live in your browser, usually in under 30 seconds.

4

Implement the output

Copy schema code, follow the action list, hand briefs to your writer. Everything is designed to be used, not just read.

Step 1

Your brand profile is the foundation

Before running any module, you create a brand profile. This is the context that makes every analysis specific to your business — rather than producing generic recommendations that could apply to anyone.

You can create multiple brand profiles if you manage more than one business, and switch between them at any time. All modules run against whichever brand is active.

Business name and website

Anchors all analysis to your specific brand entity — important for GEO and entity-based search.

Industry / sector

Shapes keyword difficulty, competitor landscape, and which schema types are relevant.

Target audience

Informs search intent categorisation and the tone and format of content recommendations.

Location (optional)

Required for Local SEO module; improves geographic relevance in keyword and competitor analysis.

Key competitors (optional)

Used directly in Competitor Gap Analysis; also improves the quality of content strategy outputs.

Step 2

Eight modules. One for every search challenge.

Each module is a focused analysis — not a general-purpose AI chat. The prompts are structured by search experts so you get consistent, deep outputs rather than variable conversational responses.

Keyword Research

SEO

What it analyses

AI analyses your brand, sector, and target audience to surface high-intent keywords grouped by search intent (informational, commercial, transactional) with difficulty ratings and long-tail opportunities.

What you get

A prioritised keyword list with intent tags, difficulty scores, and seasonal opportunities — ready to feed directly into your content plan.

Competitor Gap Analysis

SEO

What it analyses

Provide your top competitors and ClimbrIQ maps where they outrank you. The analysis identifies content gaps, missing pages, and backlink opportunities — with each gap prioritised by potential impact.

What you get

A ranked gap list (High / Medium / Low impact) with specific actions for each gap and quick-win opportunities called out first.

Content Strategy

SEO

What it analyses

ClimbrIQ builds a full content architecture around your brand — pillar pages, supporting cluster content, and a 3-month editorial calendar mapped to your target keywords and business objectives.

What you get

A complete content roadmap: pillar topics, supporting blog post titles, content type recommendations, and a prioritised 3-month calendar. Topics link directly to the Content Writer.

Schema Audit

GEO/AEO

What it analyses

ClimbrIQ audits which structured data types are missing or incomplete for your industry and page types. Structured data is critical for appearing in rich results, AI Overviews, and answer engines.

What you get

A prioritised list of missing schema types (Critical / High / Medium), each with a ready-to-copy JSON-LD snippet and specific implementation guidance.

Quick Wins

SEO/GEO/AEO

What it analyses

A broad analysis across all three disciplines to surface high-impact, low-effort improvements available right now. Each recommendation is weighed by effort vs. impact so you know where to start.

What you get

"The One Thing" — the single highest-impact action — followed by a This Week / This Month / 90 Days breakdown with specific, non-generic recommendations.

Local SEO

SEO

What it analyses

For businesses with a physical location or service area, ClimbrIQ audits your local search presence across Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency, and local keyword opportunities.

What you get

A Google Business Profile optimisation checklist, citation audit, NAP guidance, local keyword strategy, and a review acquisition plan.

LLM Visibility

GEO

What it analyses

Analyses how well your brand is positioned to be cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. Covers entity clarity, citation readiness, Q&A coverage gaps, and structured data presence.

What you get

A GEO score out of 10 with detailed reasoning, a citation readiness assessment, and 5 specific actions to improve how AI systems represent and recommend your brand.

FAQ Generator

AEO

What it analyses

Generates optimised question-and-answer pairs for any page, product, or topic — structured to target featured snippets, voice queries, and AI chatbot responses, with FAQPage JSON-LD schema ready to deploy.

What you get

A set of FAQ pairs optimised for natural-language search queries, plus copy-ready FAQPage JSON-LD schema to paste into your CMS or HTML.

Not sure where to start? Run Quick Wins first. It gives you a cross-discipline view of the highest-impact actions available right now — before you go deeper into any individual module.

Step 3 & 4

Outputs built to be used, not just read

ClimbrIQ doesn't produce reports for the sake of producing reports. Every output type is designed with a specific end use in mind.

Prioritised action lists

Every module returns recommendations ranked by impact so you always know what to tackle first.

Copy-ready code

Schema and JSON-LD outputs are formatted and ready to paste directly into your CMS or codebase.

Content briefs

Keyword targets, intent mapping, and topic architecture you can hand straight to a writer or use yourself.

Scored assessments

LLM visibility and audit modules return numeric scores with clear reasoning, so you can track progress over time.

Content Writer

From strategy to article in one click

Topics generated by the Content Strategy module link directly to the Content Writer. Select a topic and ClimbrIQ generates a full SEO article — with heading structure, keyword placement, and meta description — ready to publish or hand to your team to refine.

The AI layer

Why the outputs are specific, not generic

Each module uses a structured prompt engineered specifically for that search challenge. Your brand profile is injected into the prompt so the AI reasons about your competitive landscape, your audience, and your sector — not a hypothetical business.

This is fundamentally different from asking an AI chatbot a general question. The prompt structure enforces a consistent output format — prioritised lists, scored assessments, copy-ready code — regardless of how the AI reasons internally.

Common questions

How it works — in plain English

Do I need any technical knowledge to use ClimbrIQ?

No. ClimbrIQ runs entirely in the browser with no integrations, no API keys, and no developer setup. You provide your brand details, choose a module, and read the output. Technical outputs like JSON-LD schema come with copy buttons and implementation notes.

How long does a module take to run?

Most modules return results in under 30 seconds. The AI analysis streams in real time so you see the output as it's generated, rather than waiting for a loading screen.

Can I run the same module multiple times?

Yes. You can re-run any module at any time — for example, after you've acted on previous recommendations, or when your competitive landscape changes. Each run is independent.

Is the output the same every time?

The outputs are generated by AI and will vary slightly between runs, especially if you update your brand context. This is a feature, not a bug — it means the analysis responds to nuance rather than returning a fixed template.

How do I know which module to run first?

Start with Quick Wins — it gives you a cross-discipline view of the highest-impact actions available right now. From there, Keyword Research and Competitor Gap Analysis are usually the logical next steps.

Does ClimbrIQ connect to Google Search Console or Analytics?

Not currently. ClimbrIQ uses your brand context and AI reasoning rather than live data integrations. This keeps setup friction-free — you don't need to grant access to anything.
