This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using ClimbrIQ, operated by Think Commerce Ltd. By using ClimbrIQ, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted Uses

You may use ClimbrIQ to:

• Analyse and improve the SEO of websites you own or have permission to optimise
• Generate SEO content, keyword research, and strategy for legitimate businesses
• Provide SEO services to your own clients (subject to your plan's brand limits)
• Research competitors using publicly available information

Prohibited Uses

You must not use ClimbrIQ to:

• Generate spam, mass-produced low-quality content intended to manipulate search rankings
• Create content that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including UK consumer protection law and GDPR
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the ClimbrIQ service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Resell or commercially distribute the ClimbrIQ service without our written permission
• Input sensitive personal data (health information, financial records, etc.) into the AI modules
• Generate content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
• Use the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure

AI-Generated Content

ClimbrIQ uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. By using the service, you agree to Anthropic's Usage Policy in addition to this Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated outputs before publishing or acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account, removing content, or reporting to law enforcement.

If you believe another user is violating this Policy, please report it to abuse@climbriq.com.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
